Previously the Co-Head of Tech Private Capital investing at BlackRock, Aseem built a multi-billion dollar track record of strong returns and value creation for clients and partners. Prior to joining BlackRock, Aseem was a private equity investor at Saban Capital Group. Aseem began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.

Aseem has been involved in hundreds of transactions across various stages, structures, and sizes, from growth capital to restructurings. He has served on the boards of many companies, including Univision (merged with Televisa), Power Rangers (acquired by Hasbro), Fishbowl, Edmentum (acquired by Vistria), Primacom (acquired by Telecolumbus), Electric Lightwave (acquired by Zayo), and Anacomp.

Aseem received an MBA from Harvard Business School and BBA with honors from the University of Michigan.
